They confirm meeting on phone but when you go there they make you wait and then says technician gotta go because his time is up. It was not even 5 and they say they are open till 6.

My son's Iphone X broke. Since we could not get to the Apple store because of the pandemic, we found this place. I knew it was there, but had never been there. They were helpful on the phone. When we arrived, Justin, the technician, met us outside. He took a look, promised he'd get us through today, despite a heavy work load. About an hour later, it was done! We went there, the phone was good as new. He also came in under the estimate! I would highly reccomend. I will be back when I need their services.
They fixed my phone (replaced the screen) quickly in an emergency after I dropped it. The replacement glass works just as well if not better than the original. Only reason for a star loss is price, it was more expensive than another spot I used previously, but it was an emergency.
