From our initial meeting discussing our ideas, through to the project completion, Pzazz Kapiti have been truly professional in every aspect. Pzazz completely managed the plans, permits and rebuild from end to end & made the whole experience easier for us. Covid lockdown in 2020 disrupted the project, but Pzazz kept us informed the whole way & put our mind at ease, & were immediately back on the job when lockdown was lifted. A huge shout out to the whole team as this was a major renovation project & we are totally chuffed with the outcome If the opportunity arises, we would not hesitate to use Pzazz Kapiti again.

Having never renovated a home before, my husband and I were unsure what to expect and apprehensive of the project. The experience was amazing and everything we could have hoped for. From the very first meeting to determine whether Pzazz Kapiti might be our builder, Rudy was there with answers that made sense. Rudy is an excellent planner and project manager, he is very knowledge, friendly and has a calmness that is needed during the stressful job of renovating a home. Cory was tireless in making sure all the details of what we asked were delivered. His consistent care for correcting minor flaws, recalling subs as necessary and staying on top of the project until it was completely and thoroughly finished was amazing. Sandra, the lovely office lady, who is super organised, and she never tired of our questions and cheer-fully assisted at every turn in the road. We have now been in our new home for a few months and it has exceeded our expectations in every way. It is exceptionally well built with attention to detail and convenience.
