Reasonable book selection considering covid has affected supplies. Ones I'm wanting not due till Feb or even March. Quality toys and art gear. Could do with a few more staff. Wheel chair access overall good.

Rosina (mid 50's grey hair) really let the team down. An elderly lady was obviously confused but Rosina wouldn't give her the time of day try and explain, infact I'd say she mocked and bullied the lady before Rosina walked off. Fortunately other staff made an effort in assisting the lady. I enquired about the price of something Rosina snapped the price was on it, (I'd missed the sticker) l decided to leave it which obviously upset Rosina because she thumped it down on the counter and called to the next customer in line behind me when I was still putting my purse away. RUDE!

Got the products I was looking for. no complaints there. However, while I was browsing the notebook selection there was an employee lingering a few feet around me and watching me directly. I believe retail workers usually approach customers and ask if they need any help which she did not do. I didn't catch a name, but it definitely made me uncomfortable as I see no reason for her to be standing and watching me for a solid 4 ish minutes. I don't want to assume I was being profiled but that is the impression I was given.
