Terrible company to work with. They screwed me out of lots of money over the years. As a contractor I've used them for both LTD Liability as well as Umbrella and I should have ditched them years ago. Please don't use them. There's much better and more ethical companies to trust with your contracts.

I have been with Parasol for ten years and I think the way they have treated me during the pandemic is shameful; They sent out one email in March saying it wasn’t clear whether they could use the furlough scheme, and nothing since then. It’s now the middle of May and there has been no email announcements, nothing on Twitter, no mention of the issue on LinkedIn. They have just gone ‘dark’. They should be making weekly announcements on what is happening. Their email wasn’t even signed. Shouldn’t the CEO be making these announcements? Who is in charge?
