In any mart you go, Do you have permission to open and check the product like face cream?? answer is No, right, I also didn't check. But, when I purchased Nivea cream, I checked the product at home is was smelling very bad, I went back & ask them to replace the product, they refused, saying "APNE PRODUCT LENE SE PELE CHECK KRNA THA, AB HUM KUCH NAI KR SAKTE". Conclusion: They lost a regular customer who was purchasing 1500-2000 Rs stuff/week, just due to Nivea cream. Cool
