This mall is just besides the 168 Shopping Mall. The shops are selling similar stuff as 168 Shopping Mall, mainly attracting the local shoppers. The passageways are rather narrow, with the both sides lined up with shops. It makes the place even more crowded.

Accessible with adjoining and nearby restaurants with free parking. It's a complete shop from foods to hardware.

One of the \go to\ places for a wide selection of grocery and other items. With ample parking for those with vehicles. Although, of late they need to ensure consistent availability of stocks (may or may not be caused by sourcing limitations as a result of the pandemic). But overall, still a great grocery run option for people in the Sucat and nearby areas.

Very convinient. Long operating hours, strategic location with national bookstore, mercury drug, fastfood chains near the store, nice but cheap stalls for dresses, etc.

They follow the health protocol standards so i have less worries. Keep it up good job guys. I just have just concerns woth the employees...it happened last dec 2020 2bweeks before xmas. I heard them talking about the customer the lady didnt underdtand them beacuse its in visaya. I am at the same place at the fruit section which the apple. They are 2 men and 3 girls. They are not paid to talk. The poor customer did not understand what they are saying but i did bec i can understand visaya. Should work instead of chatting and gossiping. I hope that the management will do something about this, like conducting a seminar. They should be courteous to customer. I give two thumbs up at the cashier section they are fast and courteous as well. I hope that the management will address this concern to make the sorroundings more customer friendly. Thank you and stay safe️
