If possible, I won't give this a star at all. I sent my faulty seagate backup plus via courier service. In UPS they said part of their scope of work to inspect the hdd before sending it to seagate. So I allowed them to opened the enclosure. They said it is tampered as the actual hdd capacity indicates 120gb only. I accept the fact it was tampered, since I bought it from a seller online. But when they returned the backup plus, enclosure connector to the hdd is already gone. It was working by the time I sent them, the only problem was it only save data less than a hundred 500 gb of file size. Now how can I make it work again if my internal connector inside the enclosure is gone? Why is seagate allowing people to work with them with such bad quality of work and terrible customer service? --- Just an update, they've returned the connector for the enclosure. This Kristine Miguel, apologized for using it for testing it to other hdds. I wonder if she also do the same thing to other customers out there complaining about their hdds?
