It is regarding Pune to Parbhani AC Bus journey date 27/12/2019 Very Bad Bus and Staff behaviour. There were many bed bugs and cockroaches in the bus. Staff was very rude and not ready to clean it & not talking in proper manner. AC was not working all time. Only fan was on. We have left the bus in between where it was stopped for dinner in night near Pune. Same thing informed to its owner Mr. Bhutada but he is not ready to refund our money even after we have not completed our journey in their bus due to bed bugs and cockroaches.

Bed bugs and cocroaches on the seat n beneath, very rude behaviour of the staff. Not listening to the complaints and started to argue. We had to get down at shikrapur and make our own arrangements for onwards journey. No refund or acceptance of the poor service. Pathetic to say the least. Not even zero star. Not recommended.
Cleanliness in bus is getting low, please look into. Service and staff is good. Timings are also followed well.
