Forget about the parcheggio. It's ok Eur 5.00 per car and Eur 1.00 for the navetta up to the castle which is a must-see for anyone interested in the history of Emperor Friedrich II and his kingdoms of Sicily and Puglia. Pre-register for tickets to the castle online before getting there.

Not impressed at all, all pay out to visit the castle, car parking and minibus, and once inside the castle nothing to see, lots of stairs to climb just for some empty rooms and a view, don't waste your time and money visiting. There is a small cafe and rest room at the car park which you no doubt have to pay the usual 50 cents to use

The parking is a money maker for this center of nowhere, the castle itself is interested in his octogon design , it was too expensive unjustified
