Booked a visit the 21/01/21 at 1PM, I arrive 10 minutes early only to get received 30 minutes late (which ended up on me being late at work). I dropped this day my MacBook Pro for a repair as they are telling me the repair will be over the following wednesday (27/01/21) at worst. After calling them today 29/01/21, they are telling me in a very embarassed way that they still have not received the missing piece for the repair, as if they forgot to order it, and that I must wait next week to get my MacBook back. Very slow and unprofessionnal Imo.

Great service, very quick and professional.
Amazing service, kind people, quality of work and fast solution. I went there to change the screen of my computer and I would say taking your device with them can be even better than going to Apple store, why? Because they offer the same service and normally taking an appointment at the Apple store takes days, with them in my case I got the appointment for the next day and then the work was done fast than expected :)
A bunch of incompetent sociopaths. I brought my Mac with a clear issue with either the SSD or the logic board as my operating system was no longer loading. After an awful reception, they ran a 3-hour-long diagnostic loop, did not come up with any actual diagnosis and suggested einstalling macOS\ for more than 80! I brought my Mac to another Apple reseller store in Italy where they ran a day-long diagnostics and spotted an issue...in the SSD! I had it replaced and now my Mac works perfectly. It is astonishing how this reseller in Paris is still running. Awful service, zero use.
Booked through the Apple website a week prior for a battery replacement, only to be told nonchalantly on arrival that they didn't have any batteries left. Didn't seem to be sorry at all. Asked why I was able to book the appointment, they said that it was Apple's fault. \\_(ツ)_/ Surely they can look at their upcoming bookings and the reason and email people to tell them they don't provide the service? Felt like they couldn't care less about wasting other people's time, don't even think we got a 'sorry'... Oh and the guy usually fixing the batteries is \away\ from mid July 2018, so beware if you book through the Apple website.
Very competent, professional, friendly, quick and trustworthy service. Stuff has patience with non-french clients and charges fair prices. Vielen Dank!
