I bought Ipods pro online as a gift for a friend, but she happened to already have one. I wanted to return them in the store to save time. It was super quick although I had asked for her name to be engraved on it. They didn't even mention it. The staff was super friendly as well to accompany me to check out a couple other products. I will definitely go there again when I want to buy my next apple product.

I understand how hard it is to organize entry due to Covid-19, but I waited in an hour long line, only to be told to go to another line. In the other line I was told to return back to the line I was just in, and they made me go all the way to the back to wait. When I finally got to the front of the line (again), they once again told me to go to the other line, in which case I just left.

AirPods 179 Easy to get this Apple store and fancy decorations and nice staffs. They speak English and as soon as i got there and ordered AirPods, they let me go downstairs and one nice staff helped me to get and wear them. It took only 10-15 minutes ‼️ Also, if you go upstairs, you can see this beautiful store more ️
Due to the covid pandemic, the number of the people inside the store is limited so you may need to wait for -10 min even you have a reservation to buy a new iphone. There is a sun shade renting device if the weather is too shiny. You have to wear your mask. Inside and the building are the authentic french architecture, it’s cool!
There is no longer any customer service after you get a product at Apple anymore. The genius bar isnt even available anymore, they send you to a \approved\ repair shop that ask to pay for anything you need them to do. This brand isnt what i used to be.
