Delicious meal. Friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere. Great value. Try the pork. Ours was cooked perfectly. The salmon and oyster tartare was also superb.

Best meal I've had in Paris. Recommended without hestitation by Hotel Rose Bourbon staff. The foie gras preparation was delicious, as was the entire meal.
