I have booked the appointment via treatwell app. Upon arrival to the venue it turned out that my appointment was cancelled and that the reception allegedly was trying to contact me to no avail. The proof of it was a screenshot of the email they were trying to send me. That is why I request the reimbursement of my money and I will never go there again.

J'ai payé 100 euros pour un lissage aux protéines qui devait durer 3 mois ... un seul lavage après 4 jours comme ils l'avaient suggéré et tout est parti. Je me suis fait avoir... aucune coloration n'a été faite et cela m'a encore coûté 56 euros. J'ai eu l'impression qu'ils voulaient juste de l'argent et qu'ils ne travaillaient pas du tout.
