Great place for a great price. The rooms are clean and look good. The kitchen works like a charm and so does the airco. Once a week the roomservice cleaned our room. The staff is really friendly and the service is good. If you neef a place to stay for a nice price, this is it. Definently would recommend this place

Hi I got reply from owner of this hotel so I would share something. Underground parking was only reason we booked this hotel. Price was average. We booked hotel almost 10 hours before check in. Even though we got the family room with 2 bedroom. We arrived around 4 am. Person in reception was really kind. He came down to underground parking to help us. That was helpful. The parking area was bit narrow but you know it's Paris. That was acceptable. Room itself was old and small. I was little bit disappointed. At least it was not dirty everything was ready bed sofa worked as well. After 1 day we felt cozyness my wife was satisfied. So we were happy with this hotel.
The neighbourhood is quiet and there are lots of different restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I stayed for 6 days, which resulted in no room cleaning during the stay and change of towels.. Had to go to reception for clean towels and throw out trash myself. And noticed after the second day that the room was poorly cleaned, was stains on walls and “under” the sheets in addition to long dark hairs that were not mine(“under” was where they was packed in the mattress. My rooms dishwasher leaked and there was no dish brush, so I had to do dishes in someone else’s room... Overall, hygiene was disappointing but still had a great time
