Very Disappointed and would not suggest anyone to stay there. The staff check us in has no clue what he was doing. First, there is a long form to fill. They charge you 25/ night for parking which was fine for me, but only to find out the next day, they forgot to give me the parking access card. They staff was unprofessional and unorganized I was looking for a two twin beds room, and the staff told me they don‘t have Studio room that has two twins beds as listed unless I upgraded to a more expensive apartment option. Only they were able to provide a Studio room with twins bed the next day, which end up my 65 years old end up sleeping on the floor the first night. I would not stay in there ever again.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and pullout bed. Laundry room available at a cost, breakfast available at a cost. We had a kitchenette which was great. Did not seem noisy like I have seen in other reviews. No complaints, would go back for sure.
The room was nice but not very luxury. Breakfast in the morning was good but it is set up right in the entrance where everyone can see you. People on reception were lovely.
The room was very clean, spacious, and had all the conveniences you could need. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the Louvre a 10 to the Opéra Garnier. Lots of good restaurants and cafes are close by.
Large and clean rooms with good quality and maintenance. Good amenities and facilities. Located in a excellent area with many restaurants. Breakfast area at the lobby is a little too small sometimes. Definitely recommend!
This place is under construction which was not mentioned on the Website. The service is bad and MOST of the people who work there are unfriendly and arrogant. The rooms are dirty and there was even a hole above the toilet In my room. We requested an early check-in but when we arrived our rooms weren't ready yet. We went there with our friends and wanted our rooms to be close to each other. But the hotel didn't respect that either. Our friends got a room for 4 people but they were 5. And we got 2 splitted rooms with 1 bed each. STAY AWAY!
Alexia at reception is a very nice courteous person.. always giving u answers with a smile and also very supportive.. the other female not so much. Excellent location.. amazing amenities in the appartment we took. There was a time when one of the issue being clogging of bath tub wasn't solved but Alexia took care of it. Restaurant cum bar at the premise has good food and bartender mixed some great cocktail !!
