A bit of a wait to check in with mon carte et mon ordinances and then a relatively short wait for mes radios. And a brief wait while a doctor looked at my results. But mon RDV was at 16:20 and we were under un couvre-feu at 21:00. So considering all that it was a good experience. The technician was really good and thorough

At the scanner it well so good there is no problem at all even doctors are so gentle but I haven’t got explaination of my scanner. After payment of my scanner the reception told its finished. I got my result after 2 days. I am not really satisfied. 5 stars for doctors and clinical facilities and cleanliness but 2 star for insufficient explaination.

I had 2 tests this week. An ultrasound and an MRI. The ultrasound went very well. I would give the whole experience 5 stars! Lovely staff, not even 20 minute wait, warm examination room, high quality equipment, clean. And the doctor was efficient and seemed very interested in what I had to say. The MRI however was a completely different story. The receptionnist was actually really sweet but the actual test itself was a literal nightmare. Noise cancelling headphones? Is that a joke? I still have a headache. And the doctor/nurse who brought me in needs to work on his patient care. I was in for a cerebral MRI en urgence. Thankfully nothing was wrong but no one knew that beforehand. ZERO explanation on what was going on. I know the machine has to make the noise and whatever but a little hand holding would not have gone unnoticed. Also maybe add some music like you say you do on the form.. it's only 10 minutes but that's a scary 10 minutes.

The staff are really friendly and everyone takes the time to explain everything clearly and concisely. The office itself is very clean. Highly professional. Very courteous. The Best of Paris! After the x-ray or whatever has been completed, one of CSE's doctors meets the patient briefly and informs him/her of the findings - this must obviate anxiety about possible serious conditions. All radiologists offices should be like this. Would definitely recommend! JL

JFYI: the fees they apply to their IRM service are higher than the average approved by the social security. When the \mutuel\ and social security try to refund the money, the base they have to apply is too low in comparison with the prize payed (ie the Social security applies a base of 100 and the price of the IRM is 200) and finally many of the cost relies on the pacient. The staff is really nice and fast, but it is a surprise when you receive back the money and you have to pay at least the half of the price from your pocket.

Ce lieu est impeccable ! D’une grande propreté. Toutes les mesures sanitaires sont prises. Le personnel est très sympathique. Mon examen a eu lieu à l’heure prévue. En fin d’intervention, un médecin m’a reçue pour l’interprétation de mes clichés, puis on m’a remis très rapidement mon dossier en mains propres. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !
