Exceptional location with spacious room. This is not a real hotel but a very small (7 rooms) and old serviced apartment with good house keeping and reception service (not 24 hours). We were a bit frustrated when we first checked in. We felt the room and the whole building was too old and too rundown. However, we got used to it and enjoyed it after a couple days. Its location is very convenient to commute anywhere. 2 nearby subway stations and taxi stand right in the front with taxi waiting all the time. Great neighborhood with convenient store, cafe, and many restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

We were lookimg for a appartment in the middle of paris but couldnt find anything suitable. Then lucky for us this hotel became avaliable. We stayed in the "Little House" appartment which was perfect for our needs as a family of four. Location is perfect in a nice area in the centre of Paris with a metro station across the road. The appartment is big over three floors with a kitchen, a large bedrooms. The bathroom could do with some updating would be the only criticism. Staff are really friendly and very helpful. Would definalty stay there again. Thanks for making our trip amazing.
