Marketing scam in this shop, Samsung Inc should look into it and change leadership of this shop. I read the similar pattern happened to many others. My recommandation is to stay away from this shop. My experience: I bought the note 10 back on its launch date and they offered the buds as gift (est \u003e100 or about 10% of the total command). I received only the mobile phone and no matter how many calls and email for the buds they were never shipped. The most ironic is when recently I receive an email notification stating that my order at 0 for the buds was cancelled without even offering an alternative solution. it is a shame they haven't respect their engagement on this transaction! Their staff was always kind and trying to help to their best, I invite also the staff to refuse this type of leadership and change company , else be ashamed to work for such a poor sales group. Order your products from Samsung directly without passing by the shop for buying.

I bought a Samsung 20 in March 2020 for 1.1k including a free pair of Buds, which I was supposed to apply for online to receive at a later date. 6 months later, numerous reminders and emails to Samsung, physical visits to Samsung shop, I still have not received the Buds and neither got a confirmation of the date or whether I'm actually ever going to receive them. Samsung is a big marketing scam. The phone is slow and bugs all the time
