Hidden in a quiet Parisian street, in one of Paris it’s finest neighborhoods for food and culture, you’ll find a gorgeous but discrete black entrance decorated with the letter B crafted out of silver. When you ring the bell the door slides open and you are greeted with a futuristic miracle of marble. The host gets you seated and hands over the menu. A simple Choice, Sushi Omakase or complete Omakase menu. The beverages range from the finest tea’s in the world to beautiful sake’s like Kirinzan Junmai. The chef is coordinated, precise, a perfectionist pur sang - and most importantly, not afraid to smile, laugh and have a good time whilst keeping the atmosphere serene and beautiful. The acidity and temperature of the rice combined with the perfect ratios of toppings, wasabi, salt, yuzu, nori, lemon or soy make for an incredible meal with hands down the best meal progression I’ve ever enjoyed. Building up from the subtle and delicate flavors to complete taste explosions is nothing short of an art itself. The meal feels more like an exposition than a diner - in the best way possible. Thank you for the amazing experience and until next time. ありがとうございます.

Chef Masayoshi Hanada was one of the moist gracious hosts I've had in all my years of dining. His craft has been perfected after extensive training in Japan. For the best sushi in Paris, this is where you go. I'll be back every trip. A slice of Tokyo in the heart of Paris.
A good place that fits my flavor! The sushi rice was flavored in a refreshing manner (mildly sour and salty, not too sweet) to bring out the freshness of the fish. The staff were friendly, the chef a bit cute. It feels like for my last visit the dishes weren’t as abundant as before. But still a great place.
One of the best sushi-ya I’ve ever been to outside of japan, and easily comparable to Michelin star rated sushi in japan. Super cool chef, incredible skill, delicious rice and sushi. They kindly catered to my dietary requirement, going above and beyond my expectations, and even made non dairy dessert which was amazing and unexpectedly good. Highly recommend it, and I will be going back to Paris soon just to come back!!
I would say the sushi were just okay but not extremely surprising. The fish were fresh. Chef was so polite and gentle. Overall very nice experience but overpriced.
One of the best Sushi in Paris, we celebrated our 5e anniversaire with my wife here, tried the “Omakase” and I have to say it was really an unforgettable experience!
Excellent expérience in Paris. Friendly staff and services. Calme place have only limited seats. Needs to make reservation in advance.
Hands down the best sushi outside of Japan I’ve visited.
