Took my children to the new Tonyrefail branch today. Staff are very friendly while being professional. My children felt very happy there which is great as my daughter previously had a bad experience at a different opticians. Great optician who used makaton with my non-verbal child. Would definitely recommend and will be returning when we’re all due our next sight tests.
I have been a customer for quite a number of years and welcome the new changes, ie premises, more staff, text messaging etc. All staff were helpful, cheerful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble, particularly when choosing frames. The optician and staff helped recommend a particular lens when I didn't adapt to the vari-focal lens which I initially tried. My glasses were ready in just a few days and were exactly what I wanted. An excellent, professional service.
