This dry cleaner is listed as same or next day service. I brought in a coat on Friday at noon and was told it wouldn't be available the next day but on Tuesday, as they now don't necessarily do same or next day "due to Covid." I think this is not very truthful advertising. When I asked if the person knew a place that might provide next day, she said she had no idea. Just a waste of time.

Park Avenue Cleaners offers every service that a cleaner of clothing should provide, and at a reasonable price. Their pricing is so favorable, and their service is so reliable, that I gladly drive 30 miles each way to do business with them. Note: Park Avenue Cleaners collects the fee for their services up front (when you give them your laundry), so be prepared to pay at drop-off time. This helps them keep prices low, and also speeds things up when you come in to pick up your items.

Used them for years. I took a dress to be shortened and when I received it and tried it on, it was such a weird shape. I asked them is their seamstress guaranteed her work and asked them to fix it. The worker pinned the portions of the dress I needed fixed and she told me it would be ready in a few days. Today I got a call that the seamstress wanted more money to fix it since it wasn't on the original request. Apparently I was supposed to know that the way she originally sewed it would screw up the shape. I'll never use them again.

I just realized this has been "my dry cleaner" for years and years, but I've never said what I think of them. They are terrific. They have never failed me. They do excellent work. They are courteous, quick and have been willing to help in a couple of time emergencies over the years. I apologize for not mentioning before now much I appreciate them. I drive over 70 miles into Santa Fe. There are closed dry cleaners, but none better.

Their prices are a little high for laundering and pressing shirts but the service is always spot on. They’ve never lost or damaged anything. Overall, it’s much better than any other place in town.

Great place, great prices and great location! It seems like this place is right in the middle of Santa Fe. I’m not from here. I tried another place and their prices were a bit elevated. To dry clean two suits it’s about 24. I’ve been bringing my clothes here for about two years and I have not had a complaint yet. I’ve taken clothes to other places in the country and had my clothes not even looked at but charge indeed they did! No mayor wait time here. At any given time there might be one or two other customers, which means you get taken care of swiftly. Depending on the day, if you bring your clothes early enough, you may get it back by five o’clock or so.

Have used this cleaners for nearly 2 decades. Always good pricing (prepaid only). I do my everyday dry cleaning here and have all my pants hemmed here. They have made no mistakes, but I do carefully write out the exact instructions for hemming (pinned to each item) and check the ticket before leaving.
