Not fit for purpose. Appalling service. Only some of the receptionists are really very good, but I have never seen a doctor who specialises in what my needs are, even though they are there at the practice. They cannot even be bothered to look at your case notes for continuity. The prescriptions department are great, engaged and help when they can. Even before the pandemic they take to long to do anything and they could not careless when or if you're in a crises. I would not recommend them.

This is without doubt the worst medical centre I have ever experienced!! I'm sure they have there good points, it's just that I haven't encountered any since I've been dealing with them over the last few weeks trying to help my elderly mother. If you are registered with them good luck!

It's like dealing with petulant children. I have had the unfortunate displeasure of using this surgery a number of times, each time has been a nightmare. Firstly, if you can ever get through to attempt to make an appointment (the phone lines are constantly engaged from the second the surgery opens - which is strange as they're never on the phone when you are physically in the building). Now, if you manage to get through, this is where it gets extremely frustrating because you have to deal with reception staff that are so rude, uninterested and quite frankly sub standard that it actually starts to increase your blood pressure. You are bombarded with extremely personal questions and if you refuse to answer because THE RECEPTIONIST HAS ZERO MEDICAL TRAINING, you are then put through to the belligerent \head\ receptionist and it very quickly becomes clear where the receptionists get their attitude from. This \head\ reeptionist seems to think she is the gatekeeper to Narnia or another magical land that she protects (like a dragon) and yo have to convince her you are worthy of a doctors appointment! eventually she will hang up on you when again, you rfuse to discuss personal matters with someone that has ZERO medical training. She doesnt like being questioned and quickly becomes quite aggressive. The whole calling for a doctor appoointment exercise is probably a 10 on the stress meter. Luckily I can now use \Doctor at Hand\ as part of my private medical, so fingers crossed I never have to call, or set foot in this place again. I am sure \happy feet\ is still there, loving life and I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with her. As for the doctors - well, you see a different one each time, half of them can't speak English and they all seem to want to rush you out the door as soon as humanly possible. The place is a joke.

Great doctors and nurses if you can ever get in contact with them to see them. This is an appalling doctors for getting hold of anyone. Over 5 days I have been from 6th to 15th in a queue which never seems to go down after ages waiting. I tried their online portal which they direct you to to book appointments to avoid the queue and it said for appointments ring the doctor, oh the irony. I am at my wits end. My advice try another doctors unless you are willing to die trying to get hold of them.

Absolutely useless, are the receptionist medical trained, no they just fob you off, I'm been with this practice since birth over 60 year's, but once I can I'm going to change practices .
