Spoke to Mike about moving my master BT Socket at 9am, he told me he could come out same day, at 10:00 Mike was here, completed the task in an hour! What more can I say, excellent service, I understand its tough times at the minute with the lock-down but couldn’t fault him for such great service, Thank You.

I've just used Mike from Park Comms to move a phone line from what is now a bedroom to the living room, he came on time and carried out the job in less time that originally agreed. He was very tidy and considerate and did the job for a fraction of what BT quoted. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

After losing our home broadband connection and over a week of frustration with Vodafone I called Mike on a Friday. He arrived Monday morning and sorted the issue within an hour can't recommend him highly enough. Great job.
I contacted Mike late afternoon regarding a telephone line that had been damaged . As we use this for business purposes and our internet, it was a urgent matter . I left Mike a message on his mobile to which his reply was instant , 20 minutes later he called to discuss the problem and was happy to come out first thing the following day , which he did at time specified . The work was completed quickly and the problem solved . The price for work completed was very very reasonable . I would defiantly recommend this company . Thanks again
