Incompetent. I went in with a friend with an international passport, and they said they couldn't open a checking account for her because she doesn't have an US address. I've opened international accounts in 4 other different branches, and never had trouble until I went into this one. It's as if they don't want my business. The lady looked at us as if we were wasting her time. My friend and I left and drove 7 minutes north to another branch and had no problem opening a checking account.
