Really great experience at Indira. My partial highlight service was scheduled with Morgan and she was amazing! As a natural blonde looking for more brightness/lightness in my hair, she made it happen. She was super kind and explained everything. Highly recommend!

My normal stylist left the company and I finally went in to see a new person. I left the salon thinking I would like what I got for a color and it would grow on my, that did not happen. Reaching out to the salon the only resolution they had was to come back in to either their park ridge location or their southport - way too far. In the mean time I want to another salon for a consultation to find out that my hair was over processed and over bleached and would have to wait to have it colored again :( Armed with the new knowledge I reached out to the salon again asking for my money back as I would not trust them with my hair and did not want to further damage my hair. Once again they only offered to correct the problem, which with damaged hair is not an option. Below you will see what I showed the stylist vs what I got and you will see it is a far stretch. ***UPDATE*** This photo was taken same day of service. I requested a bayalage (specifically requesting some who can do it when booking) and showed them the 2nd picture. I went to another Aveda salon to have toner put on to tone down the yellow and that toner not only took but lasted several months to give my hair a break. What Indira's response about the toner is incorrect. During my consultation at the new salon they told me, to achieve the look I wanted low lights need to be put in and not just straight bleach. ****

The prices are REDICULOUS and the owner is very inflexible and unrealistic! They ask you to wash your own hair before coming to the salon and do not give the full service they did before COVID including their relaxing tea, hand massage with hair wash and washing your hair. TO CHARGE THE SAME PRICE FOR LESS SERVICE IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!
