Love this place. It has been a cornerstone in my town of Park Ridge since I was a kid. Not sure how someone accuses this place of serving raw meat. I'm 32 years old and this place has been around since before I was born. They have been sponsors of Park Ridge sports my entire life as well. I highly doubt JD KADDS would have lasted this long if they were serving raw meat. Park Ridge is a small, tight knit town. No one would stand for anything less than excellent. Anyways, the ribs rival Gale St and the pizza is the best in town.

Raw Chicken. Not undercooked. Raw. Cold, red, flesh around a bone. So I guess they couldn't find a thermometer? Maybe they just felt like it was done? Maybe they thought it looked done? Unacceptable. This is not a sign of a bad night. This is a sign of a poorly managed, and dangerous kitchen. Eat here at your own risk. The only way this happens is when they choose to violate their sanitation and safety training. Manage your kitchen before you kill someone.
I have had their broasted chicken before and thought it was excellent, ordering for large parties, but this time was awful! The chicken had been cooked before and then recooked so the chicken was old and tasted old and overdone. Was not fresh cooked chicken at all. The clue should have been that it only took 20 minutes to be ready for pick-up. So not going there anytime soon.
I am addicted to their ribs, fall off the bone goodness and a sweet and tangy sauce. All of the BBQ items I have tried have been quite tastey.
Ripoff alert....ordered a large pizza half pepperoni one side and sausage on other side...but got charged for 2 full toppings... I confronted the owner and he said that's 2 toppings and Bill was correct..I checked other pizzarias and none charge like this...RIPOFF
