Unable to count or confirm a receipt before leaving the shop. Simple mistakes. Missing sides on multiple orders. Tried this shop too many times. Not worth the time. Just get delivered from another panera or store

I love my 8 monthly membership coffee. Love their pastries, salads pretty much everything is great. Very good service. Great job guys!
Not the best experience on 12/18/20 at this location. My curbside order didn't come out, so I went inside, then it came out - overall 10 minutes late. But, I had ordered a sandwich with NO onions, and they still put onions!... and for some reason didn't put any feta cheese. I called the phone number and they just hung up on me (\lunch hour\). I have emailed Panera's customer service, and I'm still waiting to hear back.
The team here is always helpful and genuinely friendly.
Very slow service. The store is going through a renovation. It might actually slow things down but... not excuse for making costumers to wait approximately 15 minutes. I only ordered vegan lentil quinoa soup! In general I like Panera but; this is one of the slowest stores I have ever seen.
