Alyssa at the Park Ridge location has giving my son the ability to communicate and speak. It was hard seeing my son struggle, not communicate, close up, and not engage or play bc of his lack of ability to speak. Alyssa has given my son something that my wife and I couldn't do and felt helpless about. She is such an important person in our lives for what she has done for my son. She has amazing energy, is so warm, cheerful, and is very dedicated & devoted to her craft. I hope she can one day take on a management leadership role and mold other therapists to be just like her.

We had 2 visits to the Speech and Hearing associates in Oradell NJ. The physician was very thorough, and communicated clearly and precisely pertaining to my son’s ailment each time. The disappointment was with the entire checking in system and waiting period. Both times I checked in the day before, and these were for scheduled appointments not last minute. Once I got to the facility. I had to check in again by text. Each time my son was not seen until 30-45 minutes after his appointment time. In my opinion that is very unprofessional and discouraging. Why check someone in 3x, 2x before they get there, again once they get there, and then make them wait almost an hour before they are seen by the doctor. Also during our second visit once they text us and told us to come in, once we went through the front door a staff was already checking in a girl with her mom, and her mom was fixing her mask. The family then walked with the staff. As soon as they walked away I started heading towards the door and a lady came, opened the door and said you are supposed to come all the way in. I explained to her there was a family just there getting checked in, so I waited until they left. She was apologetic. Honestly, I am going to see if I can find a different ENT for my son so I don’t have to wait 40 minutes to be seen for an appointment previously scheduled. Thanks Evelyn Lang Son- Myles Lang
THEIR FRONT DESK CONFIRMED WE ARE COVERED 100% BY INSURANCE, NOW SAYING THEY WERE WRONG DEMANDING PAYMENT FOR ALL SESSIONS HELD BEFORE. We were doing the Tele-therapy for a while till their office told us starting Jun we no longer be covered for tele sessions. We decided to stop. Early Jun they called us back again and assured us that they checked with insurance and confirmed we are covered 100% for tele-therapy with no co-payment. 7 WEEKS LATER on July 20th they called us again demanding co-payment moving forward AND BACKWARD!!! They canceled this week therapy till we make a payment or sort it out with Aetna. Just said sorry but took absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY about misinforming us back in Jun, blaming insurance for mixed messages. l am out of a job now and on a certain budget! I honestly have NO TRUST in what this practice is telling us. Changes are acceptable moving forward but not backward, discrediting their own given Info is simply a bad business practice. We had great experience with the therapist but we are very disappointed with the way they conduct their business.
Shoshana Brody is the best speech therapist in the world. Her understanding of how to get the most out of her patients is wonderful. The office is always very accommodating and sensitive to our needs, especially where scheduling is concerned. I'm thankful for the location of this office and for the very professional and caring staff.
