I give it three stars because I like the overall look of the cut, and they talked it out with me and made sure I felt comfortable before actually cutting my hair. I take away two stars because they paid nearly no attention to detail and the cut is pretty uneven. The cut my hair pretty harshly. But overall, the look is very nice. More time, effort, and attention to detail would have made my experience a lot better.

Just got a horrible haircut here, on my way to fix somewhere else.

It's all about the stylist right?..Sometimes it is hit or miss with the person you get so ask for Trish.Trish was fantastic. Took her time and did a great job.

The salon is clean and follows all COVID prevention procedures, even checking for my temperature before starting any services with me. I did a walk-in cause I just needed a quick trim to get split ends lopped off. I was surprised that the 20 hair cut did not include a shampoo (unlike other salons in the area). The stylist cut my hair dry and was done in under 10 minutes. Simply put, I didn't feel like the service is worth the money. I know that this is likely not an option because supercuts is a chain, but I would only go back if they offered a lower price for just a trim. Additionally, the stylist brought up politics, which of course is a super prevalent topic of conversation right now, but I would have preferred a bit of an escape from that conversation.
