Staff was pleasant and made check in process seamless. Free lock and move-in truck was a big plus. Storage space is clean and climate controlled. Price is reasonable and itemized in receipt. Two thumbs up here.
Elle is very helpful. She checked us in with clearly explanation and cover every term and every aspect about the storage rent. We feel very pleased with her outstanding services and communication. She also helped us get the truck as we desire today.

Very clean, easy to get your stuff in and out of the facility. You pull your truck or car in & the elevators are right there. There are about 10 carts right there to use too. They have a medium moving truck they let you use when you move in not to move out tho. Very bright safe and secure and heated. A LITTLE expensive but really worth it. The pricing isn't too bad tho.
The place is incredible! The level of security is amazing. Storage lockers are indoors. I never felt my stuff was at risk. Everything is so well organized and clean. Maintenance and upkeep of the facility is top notch. All of this at equivalent or better pricing than other storage facilities I visited. However, the best part of my experience was the fabulous, responsive and friendly service Dorothy provided.
I was a client for a year and I'm very satisfied with everything. Special props to Dorothy who manages like a champ. Great customer service that goes well over and beyond a normal standard. The facility is clean, secure, and convenient. It seems well thought out. If I ever need storage again ..... Thanks a bunch.
Over a year ago, I was looking for a storage facility. I started with the Lockup in Park Ridge. I was met by a lady named Dorothy who was the reason I did not go anywhere else. She was extremely friendly and most knowledgeable. She explained to me how her facility could meet all me needs. She couldn't have been more correct. My experience with this facility and Dorothy's professional help made my "stay" most pleasant. I even rented a second locker for a short time. I have since moved out but wouldn't hesitate to got back because of the kind and considerate way I was treated!!!
