FALSE REVIEW service great people family run highly rated in and out no messing about 2 cars bought and plenty more to go !! Bought a car from these guys in October 2020 less than 3 months later car has a snapped spring costing 190 which I thought was my own fault general wear and tear find out from Mercedes themselves that it had been like that a while and the last mot was incorrect the car then throws up service light I ask the owner for a full service as promised it had been, turns out it wasn’t serviced when I bought it and they instead of servicing it turned the light off and sent me in my way knowing they hadn’t done the service !! Now I have an injector fail which has caused major problems the car is no longer driveable !!! So polite and helpful when you arrive as soon as the car has a fault or issue they are very rude and tell you it’s nothing to do with them find somewhere else to go and that my warranty has run out which clearly hasn’t I still have a week or so left so thanks park road garage for selling me a LEMON !!! 14000 one aswell. If you have bought a car from these guys have a garage you trust double check everything too to bottom and please give them a call if something is wrong with your car and see how helpful they are then like I said thanks park road garage for selling me a lemon !!!!! Not even offering help towards repair or replacement which trading standards has advised I’m entitled to as the car isn’t old and shouldn’t be having the issues it’s having especially within the first 3 months of purchase low mileage the lot !!
