Parker Brown has been managing our large HOA (282 condo units) in West Jordan for 6 years. During that time our net worth has doubled. Their diligence in collecting our delinquent accounts has resulted in a 66% decrease. They have done a very good job in negotiating our contractor services. Trisha responds to our issues in a timely manner and attends all meetings. I have served on the Board for all these 6 years and look forward to them continuing to manage the property.

I have a lot to say about Parker Brown Real Estate... we lived at 12 E center St. Pleasant Grove. It is the worst place I could possibly think to live. We didn't start having issues until the next door neighbor decided to harass us. She and her grandson would look through our windows, throw things onto our car, and would try to blame dead animals on us and would point guns at other neighbors kids. I've told the company but they disregarded everything that I said and tried to justify it. She would often pound on the door and at one point broke our windows because we weren't neighborly... Back in January, the apartment flooded. The upstairs neighbors had fallen asleep in the bath with the water running. The fire department and police department both said it is not a livable space especially because we had a newborn. The handyman didn't really do anything other than put a fan in the living room and den, but left a huge hole in the kitchen where the light is supposed to be for about a week. Parker Brown isn't really responsive and when they are they are rude. Overall living here was the worst experience.

I recently joined the Belle Monet HOA Board, and we have been working with Trisha from Parker Brown. Overall, in the last few months working with her, we have loved what she has done! She has been very responsive, will attend any meetings we invite her to, and she has been on top of getting maintenance completed in a timely manner. We have been happy working with her as a board and feel she is trustworthy, helpful and willing to do whatever we ask! We're happy that she's our manager right now :)

I have lived at my home for over 4 years and they have lately been hounding me for my contact information, which is interesting because they should already have that information. I have called them and emailed them about concerns and they aren’t willing to do a whole lot to meet their contractual obligations. The neighborhood is an absolute sty and it’s a shame they can’t be bothered to keep up the place because the surrounding neighborhoods are well kept and beautiful. It’s lowering the value of our property and I’m embarrassed to have people over. Trash, overgrown weeds, walks never get shoveled, etc. The HOA fees are outrageously high to boot.

Brian Brown has been great with responding to maintenance requests and general questions. He rarely lets an email go longer than a day or two without an answer. Considering how many HOA's in the area these guys manage I'm surprised he answers each of my messages so quickly.
