Good gosh folks posting all your bad reviews, small town hospital doing their best in a rural area. They're nothing but competent, professional people working here, with big hearts and caring attitudes. Cured my wife with covid pneumonia, the following week, still working on a abscess on my chest, but well on the road to recovery. I'm not going to name individual names, but every department I had contact with deserves a big thanks for their compassion, I for one am glad you are around. God Bless You.

I have been in the most unbearable pain in my back or shoulder or neck area, can't pinpoint it. The doctor came in and asked what I think he should do about it. Um, maybe a xray but he says no you have fine range of motion. He didn't do any other exam or anything. He gave me 1 pain pill and told me there's nothing they can do. I have incredibly great insurance and would have loved for them to try and find out my problem but their too lazy. I've never in my 50 years on this earth been treated so rudely by a hospital and doctor for that matter! I'll definitely be disputing the charges for noting.
There is a lot of positive about physicians and nursing staff at LaPaz Regional Hospital. It is a hospital who stabilize the seriously ill and sends necessary patients to other facilities. Disappointed or dissatisfied drive another 40 miles!
Any time I have been here I have been treated wonderfully. It's so much easier to be seen in the ER now that they have separated it from URGENT CARE. Parker is a small town so understandably if you have a busy night there will be a wait. I have never been treated badly or been disrespected at registration. Love the staff.
Do not go to this urgent care it is highly unlikely will leave you waiting in the lobby for five hours the call you to a back room to sit there for another hour and a half act like it was for gud reason there is no why the er should feel more comfortable than the urgent care
