I went to collect my car after a service and was pretty dismayed to find a small dent / scrape on the FNS door. The gentleman from the service department produced his inspection report which was marked up with this dent shown. He advised that they had to do this to protect themselves. This of course makes sense, but in truth it is worthless as this inspection is done by Park's in isolation and is consequently open to abuse . I did my own walk around my car prior to leaving it - so consider my knowledge of my car to also be valid and correct. This scenario only leads to impasse and an underlying questioning of integrity and ethics - this is an emotive subject and not one worth tackling here. I would be very surprised if Parks procedures do not call for the inspection to be carried out jointly with the customer, signed off and copies held by both parties - then there is true protection. Either they do not follow their own procedure or they need to change their procedure. As it stands they have the opportunity to never be in the wrong. I on the other hand am facing a repair bill. I strongly recommend you do not leave your vehicle with them unless you have signed off a joint inspection report and have retained a copy - I certainly wont.

My second purchase from Parks Land Rover Inverness and both have been perfect. From initially discussing my requirements with Jody the sales advisor to collecting my Evoque, the service was seamless and professional. I was dealt with efficiently and courteously, nothing was too much trouble. I was kept updated on all aspects of the purchase, from delivery date to any documents required. I did not need to telephone Jody at all as she kept in contact with me throughout. The courtesy call afterwards to check all was going well with my new car was a very nice touch and added to the personalised service Parks provided for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Parks to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. Also a thank you to Andy the finance manager who helped make my dream car a reality, thanks!

Would never deal with this garage or Land Rover again. Had nothing but hassle with a brand new Land Rover Discovery Sport. 18 months of ownership and the car has had to be transported back to the garage on 4 occasions with most faults based around the DPF filer/sensor. On latest trip to garage car was returned with scratches and scuffs all down one side and garage failing to take responsibility despite car being fine when it left our house. Very angry and disappointed with the level and standard of service from such a “big name brand”.

My partner has a Range Rover Evoque still under warranty the windshield has been leaking. Took ages for them to admit it was their fault then changed their mind and won’t fix. Poor customer service and lack of care they just don’t care they have their money and just don’t care about their customers.

Customer service at Parks Land Rover is horrendous I’ve had several bad experiences the latest being a service I booked. Since confirmation of the booking didn’t arrive I called to check the details and there was no booking. As usual from Parks no apology and the lady seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Luckily Pentland Land Rover is not far away. Why do Land Rover UK allow Parks to treat people so badly they feel they need to leave a bad review like this. Avoid if possible.
