Lynn Hyatt was my salesman. He was very kind and never tried to push me into something I wasn't sure about. He showed me several options that would fit in my budget, but I still wanted more. He then was able to work some kind of magic and able to place into a much newer Kia with nearly everything I was looking for. The best part? This is my 3rd new Kia I have bought and has several recalls eveyrtime I've bought a new car. This time I bought a new 2020 Kia Sorneto and the radiator busted and I had to tow it to the dealership. They were nice and gave me a rental car with my credit card on hold until rental car is given back to them. Now I can get to work in the morning but now out of a brand new car.
Jon and Parkside Kia was excellent to work with. They knew how to be helpful but not pushy, prompt and respectful in their communication, professional and put in the effort to earn my business. Very straightforward and true to their word. Nothing but stellar things to say about Jon and the others that I encountered. Thanks again for the positive experience and great deal!
I have not purchased a vehicle from them yet, but I am planning on going back soon to do so. Mike has been the salesman that I went to speak to a few months ago and I wanted to give him 10 stars if I could! He was extremely upfront and honest with me, not pushy at all which is so rare and nice to find in a car salesman. His attitude and approach is the main reason I am going to be conducting business with this dealership. Without forcing me to run my credit, we were able to discuss my best options. I’ve kept in touch with him about the vehicle I’m looking for and he’s been great. I will be going in soon to make my purchase and if you’re a new customer you should definitely ask for Mike! Definitely the best car salesman experience I’ve ever had.
Jon Wyatt was the absolute greatest salesman and overall person I have ever had the opportunity to buy a car from.
