Jack Gallo and the crew are awesome! While helping my mother out with her claim, I asked Mr Gallo about a current claim for my own house and he was ON IT! Not only was he super helpful with my mom's issues at her house, he had someone at my house to take care of business (My garage collapsed and was going to possibly do damage to my neighbor's fence). Within hours I had someone at my house shoring up the walls of my garage to prevent it from taking down the neighbor's brand new fence. The original company I had doing work did not seem to care about my claim and wasn't taking precautions even though it was going to harm another property. I am extremely appreciative of the great response of Parkside Restoration and Mr. Jack Gallo!

Excellent work! I was referred by my insurance company, and was surprisingly pleased. I could not say enough about this company- they were there within a few hours of my phone call for my flood, ready to work. They were fast, very thorough and very professional. I am HIGHLY critical of vendors, but they really did an exceptional job. I would use them again any time. I have no personal relationship with this vendor, I speak from my personal experience and would rate them 5.

Initially, they were super fast and responsive and had a worker at my place the same day for initial examination..Also called quickly with initial quote with one price if it was an insurance claim and a much lower price if out of pocket. Daryl even offered time to pay off work since we had to choose out of pocket payment. Workers showed up and did remediation and all was fine. Worked directly with Daryl who really seemed to care about his customers!!

My daughter had an apartment fire in the building next to hers that caused serious smoke and soot damage inside of her apartment. It took 70 fire fighters to put out the blaze. I contacted Parkside Restoration after searching the internet and I’m glad I did. I spoke with Daryl and he told not to worry. Easy for him to say. He walked me through everything from the insurance (which Parkside is working with) to the process to clean the clothes/furniture. Daryl and his team immediately went to my daughters apartment and started the process. Remember this was after hours. They explained to her what could be saved and what needed to be tossed. Parkside took the furniture and clothes. I must admit I was worried about the smoke and soot never coming out but as Daryl stated...it did. Daryl and his team were easy to work with and did exactly what they said they would. Thank you Parkside for helping my daughter. Highly recommend.

I live in a condo and the unit upstairs had their hot water heater blow out. My unit had water and mold damage. Parkside was extremely fast in response, professional in service, and compliant with covid restrictions. I would highly recommend them.
