Please only bring essential items with you into the clinic. Pre-payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to a re-scheduled appointment with more than 72 hours notice.   COVID-19 symptoms: You will need to re-schedule if you: are experiencing any signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, high temperature, loss of taste or smell) you have been exposed to anyone with suspected or diagnosed COVID-19 in the last 21 days worked or attended a clinic facility treating COVID-19 patients in the last 21 days   Appointment times: Please only turn up at the time of your appointment. There will be 10 minutes between each appointment for thorough cleaning and air circulation and to reduce the amount of people in the corridor. I will take your temperature on arrival prior to commencing your appointment.    Wash your hands:  All patients will be required to use hand sanitiser or wash their hands when entering the treatment room. Family and Friends: Patients should only be accompanied if minors or require assistance. Other family members or friends should be requested to wait outside the building.   Masks:  You are welcome to wear a mask to your appointment. I will be wearing a mask during physical examination and treatment for your safety.    Please wear appropriate clothing for treatment: I will not be able to provide any gowns for treatments, so please wear clothing so that the areas for treatment can be accessible.    Late or need to cancel: Please call or email to let me know if you are late or need to cancel.
