They charged me 125 for a rapid covid test and said it would be covered by my insurance. It was NOT! I would give zero stars if I could.

Hours are wrong. Also, for what they charge for the rapid Covid test (125), you'd think that they'd provide written test results without having to request results in writing. The testing process was very smooth and the technician performing the test was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. If not for having to chase down the written test results, it would be a 5 stars, easily.

If you have a choice please choose somewhere other than this place. when i found out the address to this facility i was initially excited because its very local to my home, however they are very unprofessional and do not care about protecting your medical privacy. I did not have an option i have been to this location on 3 different occasions for very similar procedures. On my last visit 2/23/21 a nurse asked me very inappropriate questions in the elevator on my way to the 3rd floor for surgery. This question was never asked of me on any of my other visits. Her questions about the status of my menstrual cycle had undertones geared toward my race, my genetics and my age, asked in a public place this had nothing to do with the reason why i was there. when i spoke to the admin- Saad Waqas he told me that the nurses action was standard practice. so if you want to be publicly humiliated by this nursing staff this is what they consider standard practice.

shady operation. My son went for cov-id test. Nothing indicated a charge though web site showed that they take insurance. After lining up in car was told to pay 125 fee. When tried to get off the line they insisted that he consented to fee by getting on line. Large 6 Foot initimidating staff member would not reason with my son (or myself on the phone) and would not let him pull car off the line. NEXT TIME CVS OR WALGREENS.... STAY AWAY

I just did my Covid test here and I loved the atmosphere. They are so nice and friendly. Rightly recommended

The staff at the clinic are very professional and the transportation complimentary service included is very convenient. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because during two separate procedures I had at the clinic I was told to be ready between 6:30 am and 7 am for transportation but instead they called me at 6 am and told me they would arrive at my place by 6:15 am. It would be great if they corrected this for other people for future visits. A lot of people are in very bad shape and need more time to get ready.
