This place has a nice combined flavor of old world Germany mixed with modern Germany. Other spots in in town have not fared so well, even prior to the pandemic, partially because they never refreshed. I had the Deutsch Platte, which was wonderful and flavorful. Served with warm crusty bread which was sublime.

Amazing food! Excellent service. Enough food for left overs for lunch (and they were really good again!). My 5th star is always reserved for how people treat my 8 year old... and yes that was on point as well!
So yummy. Scratch recipes. Staff is so friendly. Warm and welcoming. Gorgeous food, generous portions. More gluten free options than you'd expect. Love this place.
On Saturday December 19, 2020, my family and I went to Das Schnitzel Haus on Pearl Road in Parma OH for the first time. None of us had much experience with the menu but our server Rachel was extremely helpful. She helped us with menu items. Her service with drinks, appetizers and meals was very quick. Our glasses never ran dry, she was on it. The food was delicious and all of us spoke about how good the food was. Rachel was patent with us and took excellent care of us. She even helped with a family picture and got us a good background. All of us kept talking about how great Rachel was. I wanted to let you know that while the food was great, Rachel made our evening. She is one of the best servers any of us have had. We all will travel back to Ohio and revisit your restaurant because of Rachel. Please give her our thanks. Thank you, Brian
Everything was great! They seemed busy but still had a good handle on service and keeping us spaced out and surfaces cleaned up! Cant wait to go back again.
