Phoned ahead specifically to check if my campervan would fit into their testing yard. Eager to make money, they told me "sure, no problem" even after I indicated how tall it is. On arrival I should have just driven past, but I decide to take their direction and drive myself in - only to tear a vent off the roof of the vehicle I am trying to sell. So they deflated my tyres to help me get back out the door, once out, not one word of apology, never mid an offer to assist with the repair or damages - nothing. They couldn't even pump my tyres back up and made me limp to a petrol station (probably damaging the tyres as well). Furious is not the word!
