Despite all the bad reviews. I was skeptical. But their service was great they delivered before the estimated date.( I ordered my parcels the 5th May and my estimated date was the (8th June and I got my parcels yesterday 20th May) Which was great, no hassles no delays. Thanks so much.

Still waiting delivery of a parcel that my daughter ordered two months ago. We have gone on holiday and have come back. Only reply from Buffalo Freight is excuses. From cannot find the address( not sufficient info) although other companies can find it, to insufficient postage etc. will actually drive to the premises and see if they actually have a physical address.
Ordered a package in August and after a few months got worried so I emailed the store-they said everything is fine because it’s an international delivery it takes about 3-6 months. Fast forward to end of October-I’ve sent countless emails and am still getting no response, the last update on my order was on 15th of August and my package has yet to arrive. Horrible experience-if possible I would rate it 0 stars as I basically got robbed.

I honestly don't understand all the bad reviews. I ordered a product from Ebay, during this whole Covid-19 pandemic, and my product arrived two weeks later. Tracking information was up to date, I was always exactly aware of where my package was. I had an excellent experience with Buffalo. Their company was even faster then my Amazon order, which I am still waiting on. Amazing service, thank you sooooooooo much! 10/10 would recommend
