Online order process is absolutely woeful. I have shopped online twice with them, thinking that the first bad experience was an anomaly. It wasn’t. I should have read the other reviews. It took three months for my order to be delivered and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size. I emailed many times to follow up with no reply. I called the shop a few times and was either disconnected by staff, kept on hold for long periods and then disconnected or told that I should have received an email and a promise to follow up. Staff are lack lustre and lazy. Product is cheap but not worth the pain. Pay 10 more at Rebel and retain your sanity. Never again.

Peter was so obliging and even threw in a signed drink bottle and poster for the grandson. Unfortunately a lot of stock was sold out due to covid, otherwise a pleasurable shopping experience.
Ordered a Jersey online at the start of round 1. Got a phone call the following week to say there would be a slight delay. Never got an email confirmation. Wait until round and i call them 9.30am and they someone will call me back today. I call again at 4.30pm and a guy asks order name and bingo... It just turned up today!!!!! What a joke. Should have used SAVYSUPPORTER.
