Hired an ebike for an hour. Nice way to trial one.
Outstanding service, Tony very kindly lent me a wheel to use while he kept my wheel that required fixing. Didn't charge me because I was an NHS worker. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Friendly and excellent bike knowledge. Thanks
I reached out to Tony to reserve some bikes for this bank holiday Sunday. He organized a beautiful Raleigh road bike for myself as I’m currently training for my first Sportive. He even sorted us out with a spare inner tube and pump. We did a 25 mile ride through the beautiful Somerset country side. Thank you Tony for the great day out.
Came in with a mechanical issue during a ride and they fixed it on the spot for free with no hesitation. A great service run by friendly people who really do just want to help, can’t recommend enough
