I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THIS COMMUNITY HAS NO MAIL DELIVERY BEFORE I PURCHASED MY HOME. MEDALLION REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH PARRISH POST OFFICE. SO THE RESIDENTS NEED TO DRIVE TO POST OFFICE TO GET THEIR MAIL. WE WON;T EVEN TALK ABOUT WHAT ELSE THEY DONT TELL YOU.
From the moment I walked into the model I was greeted by Susan! She has been great through the whole process! Jim at the design was absolutely incredible! Art has been truly amazing! He has kept us informed through the whole process and goes above and beyond! Thank you! We can’t wait to move into our dream home!

This community never has our sprinkler system working right since we bought here, the community landscaping has dead trees and not kept up. The pool area kids slide has been down for a year. If they want to attract buyers clean up the mess!!!!!
