We purchased our home by FaceTime from California! My husband visited the development in May 2020, and he raved about the beautiful home sites and simple, yet perfect for us floor plans. We were already focused on the area, and we could not have had a better experience. Vickie McCord was awesome to work with, as was Marcus and Chris. House was delivered to us as promised and on time. We are enjoying our wonderful home and we are grateful for the seamless closing.
This beautiful new community is nestled along Rye Rd in Duette, Fl. The new home designs look amazing! Southern Oaks also features a park for the kids and a dog park utopia for your 4 legged friend.
