I love this store. I am always in a rush and frazzled, so I have to finish my ups packages in-store, and the staff is so understanding. There isn’t high turnover, which I love because the team members already know why I’m there and have my pickup packages ready. They answer all my questions, and I always trust their advice when it comes to shipping. I love the services this ups store provides (faxing, copying, shredding), and I also have the personal mailbox from UPS, highly recommend over a PO Box. Less hassle regarding Amazon packages and such. As if this store wasn't already the best-ups ever, they help carry all my packages to my car. (and I have a lot of big heavy ones). In short, this store is fantastic, and I enjoy coming in to conduct my business. They make me feel special and remember who I am.

this store printed the wrong address on label (9645 instead of 9654) and sent to California ended up a few doors down and was not delivered- you would think the delivery driver would see this huge customs clearing house with name signage (which was on address label) right next to him and could figure it out-now I am out 116.39 plus a huge delay in a warranty claim this is BS' poor customer service start to finish went back to UPS store to pick up box that they had packed for 12.92 and noticed the bar code labels we asked them to put on outside of box were not there as requested. Opened the box to see if the RMA case number form was inside the box as per our instructions, it was not. That is when I noticed the big crack going over the top of radar scanner. DO NOT LET THEM PACK ANYTHING FOR YOU!! DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO GET THE ADDRESS RIGHT !! DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

I go to this location at least once a week. Great, quick, and professional service everytime. Never had a bad experience. From reading some of the bad reviews, it's pretty obvious that the reviewers think that everyone should be perfect or prosecuted if they make a human mistake. And for the people who are sensitive and say that the employees are rude, they must've given them a reason because I've never witnessed anything but professionalism!!

So happy that the UPS store has broadened their services to help small businesses (and large) with their needs! Parrish Playworks (local non-profit theater group) uses UPS to make our posters, fliers, and print programs for our shows. The staff there is knowledgeable and very user-friendly. They not only get the job done efficiently and quickly, but also make suggestions that improve our work. Bravo, UPS people! Glad you're a part of the Parrish business community.
