How is this a 4star! Lived in parry sound for 25 years. Wanted to make an exchange and the demeanor of the first representative was abrasive.. couldn’t make an exchange because it was not purchased from this store - But the Other location was friendly, and willing to make the exchange even knowing we didn’t buy from there! Try to support local businesses is important - customer service in local businesses should be even more Important! From now on, we are only going to and, sending everyone to the Joseph street location!
