I would highly recommend this company. My friend, needed a blocked toilet fixed. The plumber came round but was given incorrect information and thought that it was a system blockage, not an in-house blockage so he said that he did not have the right equipment for the job. After I called them to explain that it was a blockage within the toilet, they came back straight away and had the problem fixed within 10 minutes. Most importantly they treated my friend with dignity and respect and put her at ease. Thank you
They removed my water filters that were only one month old and didn’t leave replacements. On top of that - they touched the UV bulb with their oily fingers and destroyed the bulb. Terrible service attitude!
