I've been working with Small Engines for 25 years, and also worked for a major manufacturer training dealers and administering warranty before opening my own shop 10 years ago. While at the cottage I needed some support and Shawn (sp?) was there. Honest and fair priced. Very knowledgeable and happy to help before he knew who I was. You can't get service and support like this from a big box or auto parts store. Highly recommend for all your outdoor power equipment needs. Keep up the amazing work, will never hesitate to stop in when I need something.
Under new management and the family are a very knowledgeable, nice helpful group. I wish them all the success in the future.

Stopped in as I'm front out of town but the lawn tractor at the Cottage broke, Shawn was very helpful, very knowledgeable and got me sorted out quickly.
