I'm actually having an issue with my resmed airsense right now but will call on Monday to see what they can do with it. My experience with them however was wonderful. The lady that has been looking after my needs and set me up initially with my new machine was and is wonderful. To me this type of treatment and attention to detail is worth more than money. Yes the machines are ridiculously expensive but that is not in their control. If I can remember her name I will add it to this review at another time. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. I never felt rushed or hurried even though they were very very busy. She took the time needed to familiarize me with the machine and took the time to properly fit me with a mask as I have a head the size that could land me a full time job in the circus side show and needed some special attention due to the ridiculous size of my head. I tried at least three different styles of masks and straps and again never once felt rushed or hurried. This meant a great deal to me as I'd be using this thing for 8 hours a day so a good fit is a must. They saw me immediately without an appointment as my apnea is very severe and the doctor wanted me on a machine as soon as physically possible. Long review so I apologize, necessary though to explain how I was treated. Thanks to the very friendly and professional lady that helped me out and took care of my cpap needs. I really appreciated it and hope you'll be able to help me out Monday with my issue that I have with my machine now. I would like to mention that a number that connects directly to the parry sound store would be appreciated as the numbers available lead you to automation asking you to leave a message. That was after 2 hours of trying to get a call to go past the busy signal. After talking with Angela at the Parry Sound location she is (as predicted) taking good care of me and fixing my issues. That kind of service is worth gold. Thanks :)
